Embracing the beautiful history of Arizona and its colorful art district, Saiya is located in the heart of Roosevelt Row. This unique neighborhood is intermixed with coffee shops and markets, local restaurants, and streets filled with commissioned graffiti murals. This mixed-use property consists of luxury branded units and public spaces designed to reflect the surrounding vibrant desert community. A warm architectural palette mixed with fun textures and a soothing color scheme creates a relaxing environment to call home.
